I realize that everyone has a different ideal of what constitutes a "perfect relationship." Maybe it is for that reason which I am baffled by so many long-term relationships. For instance, I know this couple who have been married for five years. She manages the money, he's head of the house. They both work, have two children, and another on the way. They never seem to talk about truly important things, and I've seen them both get extremely frustrated with one another. I simply cannot understand how this can be defined as a perfect relationship!
