I need some advice. I have a friend who often complains a lot. It's fine if she needs to vent about an impossible coworker or a situation that really can't be helped. I don't have a problem with that. It's not like I'm perfect or I never complain. What bothers me is when she complains about something that is fixable. If there is an obvious solution to the problem, then I don't want to hear Miss "Negative Nelly" complaining.
