I share the list below with a bit of sadness in my heart. This weekend I got a hair cut, and my new look is on this list -- sad! Ah well, I still like it and think it's totally flattering. Actually, I think that's why a lot of these styles made the list -- because they are flattering on so many people. Still, a lot of us (including myself it would seem) could stand to be a bit more creative.
Below is a round up of the hairstyles TotalBeauty.com readers are sick to death of seeing. What do you think? Do we need to shake things up, maybe try a new look like this? Or are these classic styles that no one should shy away from? Throw in your two cents here!

No, it's not a fancy softball pitch; "the lob" is actually a term for a long bob (a.k.a., a shoulder-length bob, or what happens when you try last season's trendy bob and let it grow out for a couple months).According to Pantene celebrity hairstylist Hallie Bowman, the lob is the hair cut for fall. And if you were one of the many, many people to try out the Posh-bob (or Pob, the fun names never stop people!) then you probably already have it.
Didn't succumb to the last uber-trendy cut? Well, you might want to cave in for the lob. Bowman says it's flattering on just about everyone and it's so versatile -- you can wear it straight, curly, wavy, flipped out, up, down, pretty much any way you could think of.
Check out these lob-style how-tos below for some guidance. I don't know about you but I think there's a date with the scissors in my future (I was one of the very few who didn't go down the Pob road).

While it's not technically a mullet, Megan Fox's hair is coming pretty close to it in this picture. It's totally "business in the front, party in the back," right? (If you need a reminder of what a true mullet looks like, check out this pic of Scarlett Johansson -- yes, that Scarlett Johansson.)
This look has been done on the runways at fashion week, where it kind of works, but on the red carpet … we think, not.
What do you think of Megan Fox's look? Too weird for words or would you rock this style on your next night out? Read More »- Let’s talk: Comment (34) | Blog

I'm not ashamed to say that I have a total girl-crush on Halle Berry. Why? Let me count the ways: 1. Her skin is always glowing (she must be using one of these regularly). 2. She switches up her look so it's never boring (unlike, ahem, this celeb). 3. Even when she's all glammed up, she still seems like a normal gal you could totally hang with.
