Some of you are already familiar with the Your SELF Challenge five-star system. Each day you can earn one star for working out, a star for tracking you food intake, a star for stretching your muscles, a star for taking a second to applaud your efforts and.... drumroll please... a star for sleeping! Well, sleeping seven to nine hours, to be exact, which I've found to be a LOT harder than it sounds. Especially since eating breakfast is a Challenge-mandated habit as well!
