is, coffee's roasted quality, bitterness, and acidity make it a
perfect complement to sweet, bold, earthy, or nutty ingredients,
ultimately yielding a taste…

The other day I came home from work, completely at a loss for
what to make for dinner. I scrounged through my cupboards and
fridge and came up with angel hair, olive oil, garlic, white wine,
red pepper flakes, lemons, and pecorino, the makings of a decent,
but boring, pasta dish. Luckily I…

align="right" height="200" width="300">If you're anything
like me, you'd love to just get and keep the skin you had in
your 20s (well,
minus the breakouts). Wouldn't it be nice, to never have a
wrinkle or age spot pop up? Well, there are some serums out there
(like
these) that can get us pretty close.

However, many anti-aging products -- <a rel="nofollow" href=

like the ones on this list -- frankly, don't do much at all

align="right" height="200" width="300">I'm thinking of
starting my own beauty-themed comic book. The main super-hero: Eva
Young. Her task: fighting wrinkles, fine lines and age spots
wherever they may lie. Her sidekicks:
these seven age-busting ingredients. What do you think, instant
hit, right?

OK, so no one would actually buy that (I don't think
10-year-old boys or girls are too concerned about things like
uneven skin tone), but when I learned about these amazing
ingredients, the first thing that came to mind was the term
"super hero" -- and I think it's pretty appropriate.
Check them out below. If you have any skin issues, they'll come
to your rescue (cape not included).

Delicious recipes that are easy to make for your family

Five or fewer ingredients is all it takes to make a really

has to cook for a group of hungry people and doesn't want to
spend a lot of time—or money—doing it.…

align="left" height="220" width="102">OMG. The beauty industry is
getting OOC with the sun-protection acronyms. Here's what they
all mean:

SPF (Sun Protection Factor): This one's
been around forever, but it still confuses people, and it's not
hard to understand why. What it actually means is that, with an SPF
15, for example, if you normally start to burn in 10 minutes
without sunscreen, you can stay out 150 minutes (in other words, 15
times longer) and not burn. SPF refers only to protection from UVB
rays, not UVA ones.
