Most of the time, my love of bangs knows no bounds -- everything from these side-swept beauties to full-on fringe like these celebs is a "do" in my book. But on Hayden, I'm indecisive. No, it's not a fancy softball pitch; "the lob" is actually a term for a long bob (a.k.a., a shoulder-length bob, or what happens when you try last season's trendy bob and let it grow out for a couple months).

According to Pantene celebrity hairstylist Hallie Bowman, the lob is the hair cut for fall. And if you were one of the many, many people to try out the Posh-bob (or Pob, the fun names never stop people!) then you probably already have it.
