Call me a wimp, but I find at-home hair color pretty intimidating. I look at all the boxes and the little shade charts and see the long list of instructions and I just know that my klutzy self will botch something up along the way.

I'm a born 'n' raised California girl, so naturally I think my state has the best hair (although considering Cali had towns on both the best hair cities and worst hair cities lists, that's probably open to debate).
