Etsy is clearly one of our favorite sites here on Shine. It is a wonderful online marketplace to buy and sell beautiful handmade items, from jewelry to clothing to unique items for the home. And prices are very reasonable. This gorgeous bracelet is by seller poetsummer, who says she "...started this piece with three colors of blue lamp work foil glass hearts and a big sterling plated heart in the center. I added a little Eiffel Tower charm at the extension chain and 8 photo charms of Paris set on sterling plated frames and covered in a super glossy professional finish..."

We've got little time and less money to shop this holiday season. So the more we can get done online and early, the better. Especially when there are sales and free or low shipping to sweeten the deals. We've rounded up some of our favorite online shopping sites, and some deals you can find on them to get the gift-giving season off to a calm, economy-minded start.

One of my favorite sites is the Jewelry Information Center website, www.JIC.org. They have tons of great tips on everything jewelry related. JIC has been providing customers with great shopping tips, the latest trends, and great advice on how to clean your jewelry and keep it looking great! They even have this great feature called Gift Finder that allows you to narrow down your choices by material, category, and even price. Soo helpful. I definitely suggest checking out JIC for some great shopping and gift ideas that are great for any occasion!

One of the best places to shop online is by far with blastoff. On this site you have a virtual shopping mall with hundreds of stores that you probably already shop at. (Target, Wal-Mart, Macys, Barnes and Noble, Kohls, Best Buy...the list goes on) The great part is, you get instant discounts at these stores, as cash back. The site also doubles as a great homepage and can be customized with various news sources. Also, when you sign up, you can tell others about the site, and get cash back on their purchases as well. Definitly a way to save, and make some extra cash during the holidays, and in general. http://my.blastoffnetwork.com/TryIt

Here is a link to the site, there are videos you can watch that will explain it more. The main thing is that this is completely free and will only benefit you in the long run!

The greatest gift exchanges require thoughtfulness, listening, and really understanding who another person is and what they like and need—that's what I always strive for in giving and it's the only thing I hope for in receiving.
