I am so tired of us men catching a bad wrap, because the women
that we're dealing with DON'T LISTEN!
I was hanging out with this girl for about a year. I was very
upfront an honest with her from the beginning and told her that I
wasn't interested in anything serious. I had been in a four
year relationship with a really nasty break up. She said
okay, she felt the same way, and that she didn't have time for
a "boyfriend" anyways.
So why then, when she finds out that I'm seing other people,
she FREAKS OUT! You see, I actually believed that I was dealing
with an adult, and I'll admit I was careless about logging out
of my email and Facebook accounts while she was around, but I
didn't know that it would be a problem.
She wrote the most horrible things about me on any and every social
networking site that she could get her little polished fingernails
on!
So listen up ladies, If you decide to hang out with a guy who
ISN'T interested in being in a relationship, and you go and get
your feeling all caught up, then tough luck!

Report AbuseTough break hugh. I know the feeling. I use to wonder why people drink so much alchohol and now wine is a way of life. It doesn't solve a whole lot, but it makes it all fit into perspective.

Report AbuseI'm sorry, but I find it hard to believe that you were TOTALLY, UP FRONT AND HONEST. This is 2009 and there more than plenty of women who are okay with these types of relatioships. Further more, if you were as honest as you are claiming to be, then WHY would she be so upset?
I would love to hear her side of the story, polished finger nails and all.

How do you even start a liking to be found in a person.
I can't just seek out a guy and say quite frankly this is what I need and want - Respond or don't,
I suppose I probably should approach future friendships as such a way -
What about lets just have sex ? Nothing else -
Does that work in any form ??
Can I keep a listing of guys files to complete any whim I have depending on my daily schedule?
I WISH !
I don't want serious -
I want adventure and out of this stagnate existance I got myself stuck in !

Report AbuseMy friend dated this complete loser for 2 years he said he wanted nothing serious at first. Then he told her he loved her. He screwed everyone. He was old and mean.
He never deserved a beautiful smart women like my friend.
he was emotional and even physically abusive at times. my friend was kind and honest and thought she was helping him through a tough periode in his life. He sucked. Anyway she met someone she loves and he got dumped. He is a loser.

Report AbuseIf you were "totally upfront" it would have come as no surprise to find you were seeing other women. Let's get real, ok? Did this "hanging out" include sex? "Adults" don't call that "hanging out". Looks like you have some growing up to do too.
