Princess Cruiselines = Bad Customer Service
I don't know how many people are thinking about going on a cruise out there, but if you are gonig to go on this great trip, choose anyone but princess cruiselines. If something goes wrong they take all your money and give you nothing in return. I bought my tickets, had a problem with my paperwork, was treated very rudely and with disrespect, missed out on my cruise with nothing to show for it. I did not get to go on my cruise and customer services told me that it was my fault and would give me nothing in return. Not a different booking or a half price cruise or even an apology for how I was treated by there personel.
So when you are planning your next fun filled vacation, choose someone besides Princess Cruiselines.
