Report AbuseDear Luna Marie,
I didn't think you would be able to fill all of my requests. But you surprised me!
But then, every time I visit one of your blogs or posts, it's like opening up a gift-wrapped present and finding inside a special, wonderful surprise.
Thank you.

Report AbuseDear Luna Marie,
I just listened to the the *Bladerunner* "tears in the rain" video. I am especially surprised and amazed, and filled with gratitude, that you were able to find this one for me.
That is how I feel about all of the fleet years of life that I have lived; all of the brief bright moments of my life that still live, for now, within my memory.
All those moments shall be lost in time...like tears in the rain.
They say the grieving process is important for coming to terms with the death of a loved one. Well, I have loved many, many people in my life, and I still love so many. Some I love especially well. But all that I love are given my full heart. One of the people I love is me. I need to grieve over my death.
*Bladerunner* has always been for me the definitive film statement of how priceless and wonderful and magic life is, and how terrible and horrible and tragic is the dark death that takes it.
This gift you gave me helps me. It is, as they say, catharctic for me.
Thank you, precious person.
Love,
--Mr. Poet

Report AbuseDear Luna Marie,
You found more than I thought you would be able to find. You surpassed my hopes. You surprised me with this splendid gift. I cannot thank you enough.
For you to apologize to me, after filling my heart with such joy! You just don't know how good you are. And yes, some sadness came to me, because some of these videos are sad for me, reminding me of losses in my past and the losses I still face.
They are sad, but they are healing and catharctic for me at the same time. And despite the sadness, they are still joyful; for they make me remember the times of joy and pleasure and happiness and love that I have been privileged to enjoy in what I never understood was a very brief journey, until eight months ago.
Even the disappointments that I have experienced, the mistakes I've made, the dreams I had that never came true--even these are part of my life, even they are treasures of memory, moments of my life that shall be lost in time like tears in the rain.
You say you hope this is good for now? This is more than good for now. This is good for the rest of my life.
If you have more later, I will be glad to have it. But if you never give me another such gift, you have already given enough, and more than enough. Along with these video gifts, I have your good heart giving me your good will. That is the most precious gift of all that you have given me.
Thanks again, Luna Marie.
Love,
--Mr. Poet

Report AbuseOh great and all powerful Luna, Once again you've pulled off another musical coup. Good on you!!! All great songs. One thing though, i could be wrong but i think the real reason Rutger Hauer's Character dies is because of the super tight shorts he's wearing.

Report AbuseHmmmm, oops, i though you had posted the music for him. gadz i keep doing these silly things. You haven't seen Blade Runner!!??!?!? It's been a cult classic for years. A little on the dark side, but great music and visual effects. a must see....at least once. two versions, the original release, with narration, and the director's cut. the darker version, w/o narration and slightly different ending. Have a good one, and no scrapping!!! :o)
