  Sometimes Children of the Damned assume the parental role and become the responsible caregiver.Let's hope so. Courtney REALLY needs a nanny,and a good smack with a belt.

  She might be OK. I've met a lot of people with bad parents who turn out normal. Sometimes the crazy parents teach their kids what not to do. This girl has been through a lot so I wish her the best.

  I have hope for her that she's ok. I mean, just looking at her you can tell that she's got a good head on her shoulders, unlike her mom. But her mom had a really rough childhood too and I think she's just doing the best she can considering the hand she's been dealt in life. I think she's really tried hard to give Frances a good stable life (she did after all live for a time with her grandmother while Courtney was a bit more out of control). Frances is beautiful but doesn't look like she's trying to live on the edge like her mom did. Maybe she has seen how hard life has been for her mom, and how her mom's poor choices have shaped the way she is today and she will strive to have a better life than that.

  Her stupid parents took any chance of a normal childhood away from her, but hopefully she will manage to come out of it relatively normal. Hopefully.
