About an hour ago i found out from a guy friend that he was
bulimic AGAIN.
This friends whom i will call Ryan has put himself in the hospital
for his eating disorder. When the two of us went off to college we
lost contact and stopped talking after he found a way obsessive
girlfriend. We haven't talked in around 6 months. Earlier today
he sent me a text message saying he didn't know what to do.
After calling and talking to him he told me he has been making
himself throw up again. He told me i'm the only one he wants to
tell and that his parents are going through too much to handle yet
another burden.
The thing is...he is in Texas and i'm in Colorado. I don't
what what to do...
I NEED HELP! Ryan is my best friend and i don't know what to
do.

Report AbuseAll I can say is, "If it were my child that was going through anything dangerous, I would want to know."
Parents usually have many things on our mind, but there is ALWAYS room for us to be there, for our children.
I, myself would want to know.
Just my opinion.

Report AbuseI don't care what I'm juggling at any given moment, whenever one of my kids are in need, I'm there. I think his parents have a right to know. They don't know he's in the hospital? Like Super A, I'd not only want to know, I think it's my need to know.
