  lol why was it such a huge deal him talkin to the children? Im not a big fan of his but my kids wanted to watch and now they talkin bout what the gonna be when they graduate... I WAS FLOORED!! and I let them make the choice on their own instead of acting a fool because I don't like him like some retarded parents..

  VAL: You know me. I am fairly middle of the road and try to give the benefit of the doubt and always have hope that things would improve. I felt this way through Reagan, H.W. Clinton. W. and Obama (so far). I still do not see the critique of his presidency as racial.

  If I even started to list how the media crucified the past Presidents from Peanut farmer Carter, fall-down Reagan, Prudent Bush, B.J. Clinton, to Swat-A-Fly O........I would be sitting here all day.

  I want our President to succeed..............I would be completely Unamerican otherwise. I just think he is too immature to realize what damage could be done if he is not doing his homework concerning some of the policies he is considering......has he read the health care plan? If so, is this what he wants for his daughters in the future?

  As for his speech to students across America, I wish all presidents gave rah rah speeches 50 years ago. Maybe we wouldn't be facing the illiteracy problems that are destroying our great nation.

  I think you should be pushing education before health care.................think about it!

  This is tooooo funny. That darn Obama has ruined my kids! They saw his speech and thought it was great. I have them in counseling now, trying to undo all of the horrible brainwashing Obama did. With a lot of work and prayer, maybe just maybe they will want to do poorly in school and drop out. Keep your fingers crossed. yuk yuk
