except the raking. Ugh, raking leaves! Yesterday my husband and I spent hours of our day tackling the piles and piles of leaves in the backyard. Man were there a ton of leaves! And although raking wet heavy leaves and hauling a tarp across the yard are not my favorite way to sweat, they're still a great workout. Did you know that raking can burn as many as 300 calories an hour? That's something to smile about (and keep in mind when you're raking again next week). Hope you had an exciting weekend.
