I've been asked by my doctor to start tracking my cycle since it's out of whack after going hormone free.
I don't know about you all, but a sheet of paper or a calendar in my purse gets lost. :)
What do you find is the best way to keep track of your periods...especially if you are on the go? (I even looked at Microsoft Gadgets to see if someone bright started a tracking method.)
Here, let me clarify...Went off the pill and all hormones, now I have an IUD which is causing breakthrough bleeding. What I need to do is track all normal flow and the breakthrough bleeding.
I'm one of those people that will set a paper calendar in a safe place and lose the calendar or totally forget to track the information until it's too late to remember what was when. I'm looking for an alternative to paper...something that I can later print when I go to the doctor's...something electronic. It may be as simple as setting up an Outlook/Google calendar or a Word Document or something online. Just exploring my options.

Report AbuseI just use a plain simple calender to keep track of it. Or I just remember the day last month I started cuz that is the biggest clue as to when my next period is. Does that help?

Report AbuseI'm one of those people who don't get periods unless I take medication for them. So with me it's easy. I take pills every month to bring mine on. But if you are one of those women who get them on their own but scarcely, then probably the only option would be to keep a notebook somewhere handy where you can see it. Discreetly label it and keep track that way. If I don't set out something where I can see it, I'll forget for sure!!! Hope that helps!!!
