Insane on the Plane? 8 Stretches

All you vacationers hitting the friendly skies — don't put up with stiff muscles and your backside falling asleep in your seat. When the flight attendants say it's safe to move about the cabin, take advantage! Here are some stretches you can do while sitting down, and some you can do in the aisle. Don't worry about looking silly because you'll never see any of these people again!

Upper Back and Shoulder Stretch

Here's one you can do in your seat that will stretch out your back and shoulders. Separate your feet so your knees are a little wider than your shoulders. Lean your torso forward and bring your arms inside your legs. Wrap your hands around your calves and try to reach your fingertips in front of your ankles. Use your hands to gently pull your torso though your legs to open your shoulders and stretch your upper back. Hold for 30 seconds, then lift your torso up to a seated position.

Thank you, thank you and thank you again!

I'm going to a 12+ hour flight tomorrow night and I was dreading it because I've been on long flights and I know how stiff do I get. I'll definitely try these out, hope they work.
