Fresh Fitness Tips: Work out in a thong! And a free gift from the SELF Challenge

After my girlfriend's jokes about my granny panty lines in class, yesterday for the first time in all of my exercising life, I worked out in a thong! Now I'm not a thong kind of girl to begin with, so the thought of being sweaty in a thong sounded really uncomfortable. Turns out after an hour of cardio, it wasn't so bad. In fact, I barely noticed the lack of material on my tush. I'm not sure if I'll be leaving the cotton jockeys behind, but here and there change is good. Now maybe I'll even give the shorts with built-in underwear a chance. Have you braved the fitness world in a thong, or are you a full coverage girl like me?

    I don't get how some people can wear scoop bottom underwear... once I put on a thong, I don't even feel it. It doesn't move, it doesn't "ride up" any more than it should. When I wear regular underwear it rides up, gets all bunched, shows panty lines. I haven't worn regular underwear since I was 14 and my mom let me buy a thong!
