Eat These 3 Foods Before Bed Tonight and Fall Asleep Faster

Fox.com:
Have a salad! Gillian McKeith, a holistic
nutritionist and author of You Are What You Eat and
Food Bible: How to Use Food to Cure What Ails You says
that lettuce contains a "milky sap" that contains an
"opium-like substance called lactucin that can help induce
sleep and relaxation." (Is that not the craziest fact
you've heard in a long time?)
Have some tea--with honey. McKeith
points out that past studies have found that honey contains a
natural compound called "orexin" that can help the brain
to mellow out and prepare for sleep.
How about some oatmeal? Oats have a
"tranquilizing and nerve-restorative properties" she
says.

Don't let the government know about the lettuce, we would have to show ID to buy seeds. (LOL) I heard that warm milk has some sleep inducing properties and that it wasn't just an old wives tale. (I hate warm milk myself.) Just make sure your tea is caffine free, I accidentally made a cup of earl grey instead of sleepytime and couldn't figure out why I was so wired.

One way to fall asleep easily is to be WORN OUT FROM SEX. I know that all of the ladies I ravage are happy, stress free, and tired after I have my way with them!

Did you know that you should prepare before you go to bed. An hour before you go to bed you should dim the lights in your house. make sure your room is dark enough for you to sleep. Turn off the television, get off the comp, and read a book or other activity that will not "draw" you in. Once you are calm and wound down go to bed and take 5 deep breaths. If you are thinking about stuff just write it down.

It's certainly great information, and can only hope that those that have sleep deprivation will, be able to benefit from this...I sure will too. My only problem is the Teas, as this make me have some, tremors for some reasons. I kinda of keep away from all kinds of teas...I wonder is it could be caffine? So I just keep away of pops too...thanks much and I certainly do apprecaite your wonderful info.

Can't sleep at night, this is making me crazy. Nothing seems to help. I fall asleep somtime after 4am only to wake up 45 minutes later after a nightmare so real it is un-nerving. I eat salad all the time.

What I found helpful is just clearing your mind and trying to not think. Focus on your breathing and just count backwards. It helps me fall asleep :)

DO not take long naps during the day. It makes it a slight more difficult to sleep at night!
