These may be easy to put together but they require TONS of ingredients meaning a lot of money! I personally don't like going a buying 5 spices that will make me one meal and then they will sit on the shelf until they go bad. I guess "easy" doesn't mean "affordable" in this case.

These recipes are useless. Tofu? Thanks, but no thanks. Did Obama's nutrition czar put this menu together?

these are not easy! 50 minutes to prep and cook pork chops? I think not, get real, yahoo should hire me to write this article, i have about a hundred way quicker and tastier recipes than this lol Crock pot and baking is the easy way to go. Stove top cooking requires way too much supervision. These people don't have kids or work

I really wanted the recipe for the dish that was on Yahoo's main page... that picture was what made me click on this link... I was disappointed when it wasn't one of the recipes.

Don't know about the tofu recipe...but I don't pass judgement till I've tried something.

I've always thought that was one of the most ignorant of exchanges...

    "I hate that!"

    "Have you ever tried it?"

    "No."

    STUPID!

As stupid as blaming everything, no matter what, on Obama!

I have tried the curried pumpkin stew, and it ROCKS!
