Hello to all drink lovers,

Happy Mexican Independence Day to all those who celebrate it.  Being that this day is like our 4th of July (to Mexico), I would like to share something that I discovered last 4th of July.  If you have ever noticed that the pre-made margarita mixes have an aftertaste and would like to try something better:

1.  Try an alternative "Sweet n Sour"
1 can of frozen concentrated Lemonade
Add 1 to 1 1/2 less can of water

2.  Blend ice, tequila, triple sec and Sweet n Sour to your liking
     Salt glasses (optional)
Pour out margaritas into glasses and top with 3-4 fresh squeezes of lime each.

PS. Also make sure that you use a good tequila, so that you don't make plans to have great margaritas, come out mediocre.
