Spa-friendly Mexican meals

I have a theory. Ready? People who say they don't love crispy spicy Mexican food oozing with cheese are lying. They're actually "discreetly" watching their waistline, but It's a shame to fib when it comes to something as serious as tasty tortillas. You can actually enjoy a rita and fajita sans guilt with these 10 makeovers. So put an end to the "white lies." and have yourself an enchilada, you know you want it.

Breakfast:

    I love Mexican food and all these dishes need is a tall glass of Horchata.
