Good Diet Tip I Recently Discovered

I found this great diet tip from word-of-mouth, so sorry if the details are a little vague.

So, if your anything like me, if the food is good, you EAT IT UP! And, that's bad if your trying to lose a few pounds. But, I found that drinking more liquids can fill you up and reduce the urge to clean your plate( lest you bust open trying.) Now, hear me out. Do not do this if you are drinking alcohol or any hard drinks, wine, etc. I am not condoning drunkedness, in any way! This is just for those who have a good drink,+points if it's anything healthy:), and don't want to overeat, or if you don't want to insult someone for their poor cooking. So this works good for just about anything, unless you have bladder problems. If you do, then I don't have any alternative ideas, sorry:(.

i figured skilletfan means that you like to cook. how many pets do you have? are they the exotic kind or regular cats and dogs or just cats or just dogs?
