DONT USE FOUNDATION!!! I had perfect skin up untill I was 16(and well into puberty), at that point (for some reason) I started wearing foundation...well from that point on Ive suffered with acne....that would be the one bit of advice I wish more than anything to go back and pass on....

I'd say to keep working out, you love it, and when you do work out, the results are AMAZING!

Your beauty just emanates from within , no effort required.

No frosted lipsticks, regardless of what the fashion magazines say. You're not ugly; stop telling yourself that.

More than anything, I'd tell myself to believe in my own beauty and know that weight gain wouldn't make me ugly but more womanly. I'd tell mysef to stop working against my naturally curly hair and let those curls go. Throw away the blow dryer. Start tweezing those brows because they frame the eyes better than any eyeshadow.

You'll still look hot and turn heads when you're a grandma if you'll stay out of the sun and lace up those jogging shoes. Why jogging? You can run just about anywhere.
