Top Five Makeup Miracles: What you need to look fabulous!

Ok, so you want to look gorgeous, right? Then you need these top five beauty products that can pretty much perform miracles. For the on-the-go-girl, to the fast paced life of a soccer mom, to every Hollywood glamour girl, these five beauty fixes will keep you looking good.

Numb
er One: Benefit Cosmetics- You Rebel
With a "one shade fits all" style, this perfectly blendable foundation works with any skin type from extra-dry to sensitive and has coverage where you need it while still feeling light. It has everything you need in a foundation, including moisturizer, and sun protection (SPF 15). For a lighter-wear foundation, try You Rebel Lite.

Number Two: Benefit Cosmetics- Benetint
Yes, it's the original long lasting, perfect finish, have-it-all cheek tint and lip stain. Apply and distribute quickly and evenly over well moisturized skin or lips for the perfect "Why, yes, I did just come from the gym and I have a healthy glistening flush!" look.

Number Three: Covergirl- Lashblast Mascara
Absolutely perfect volume, length, and thickness in a bottle. Who could ask for more? Oh, and did I mention it's only $7.65! Who needs over-priced mascara when you can get it all for less?

Number Four: Mary Kay- Nourishine Lip Gloss
Smooth, soft, and never sticky, this amazing lip gloss steals the show. The color "Pink Diamonds" helps show that diamonds really are a girl's best friends and they
really do last forever, because this lip gloss, now fortified with vitamins, lasts a really long time!

Number Five: Mac Cosmetics-Technakohl Eyeliner
(in "Graph Black")
Not only does it glide on smooth, but it always has a fine point. Because it's mechanical, you'll never have to wast time sharpening it. Whether you want dramatic eyes for night, or subtly sexy eyes for day, Mac's Technakohl eyeliner is perfect.

Before you buy ANY product, you should learn how to do your eyebrows right.

I finally dished out for a professional here in the Cleveland area (The Powder Room - Thanks Jann!) but it took me a while to learn how to re-create at home.

Last weekend I went to Borders and was browsing the beauty section. I stumbled upon Carmindy's (from TLC's What Not to Wear) makeup book, I memorized the eyebrow section, tried it at home and WOW.

I actually wear LESS makeup now that my eyebrows are awesome :-)

Well, I've got that mascara so I guess I'm 1/5th the way there. I am a drugstore kind of gal so my favorite make up is the cheap stuff. I love Cover Girl's Tru Blend Line of makeup. The foundation is light and actually matches my pale skin and the lipsticks are flattering colors and not too heavy and don't have that weird baby oil smell that Revlon and L'oreal lipsticks have.

I've got to look for that book by Carmindy...I love What Not to Wear and I think Carmindy does a fantastic job with makeup. Good tip Kavon!

I use Benetint when i want that innocent glow. I pat some of my bare minerals veil powder over it to achieve a matte, yet glowy complexion.
