Red-dy or Not, There’s a New Hot Hair Color For Fall
user

Only days ago, Jessica Alba was the poster girl for the “bronde”
trend — dark-haired women lightening their locks to a caramel shade
somewhere right in the middle of the blonde-brunette spectrum. But
now she’s gone into the red.
If you also want to let your feisty inner redhead out, we’ve
found some
products that will help you get — and maintain — a red
mane.
Pair that red ‘do with the best
mascara out there, and keep your dyed locks from drying out
with a full range of dry
hair repair.
Start with a demi-permanent color like
Clairol Natural Instincts – it rinses away in about 30
shampoos, so if you decide red isn't quite for you, it'll
be gone in about a month anyway. We'd go with a shade that’s
not too bright or brassy, like the Cinnaberry hue, a red that looks
more like ruby than copper.
Keep your red locks locked in place by shampooing with
John Frieda Radiant Red Color Captivating shampoo daily. It
combines pomegranate and plum extracts with light enhancers that
help add depth and shine to your strands. It’s also gentle, so your
color won’t fade to scary pink.

Not everybody can pull off Red. That's why there are so few of us. Unless you're a shade of pale, leave it alone.

oh, I swear... If the preppy blonds start going red, I'm going to dye mine purple or green. Let the barbies stay blond so the real people can express their INDIVIDUALITY, please!!!

I'm lovin the red on J.A. but I don't think it's a color everyone should attempt. Please ladies consult your hair dresser before making a life altering hair color change. Also if you change hair color you have to wear clothes to accent that change. I'm lovin the new cuts and colors celebs are donning for fall. Liv Tyler has a nice cut for fall. It's shoulder length and easy and very fresh and new. Long hair down to the butt that's board straight is out for me. I have a long waves, but I've layers the front and trimmed it to mid-length of my back. I had it so long before I looked like I should of been on an espisode of the brady bunch. Ha ha ha...take care

Heads up, red is a tough color. It doesn't look good on everyone. It takes lots of up keep. And it fades the fastest of the colors.I had mine as an auburn for several years, but I gave up and went back to my strawberry blonde.
Good luck!

Seriously, most people can't pull off red hair. Think this through before you dye. Everyone knows the difference between natural red hair and dyed red hair. I'm a natural redhead and I've had so many people tell me they can tell its real & not dyed. . .

What trend setters don't realize...that whatever they are portraying as being "In" does not work nor suit everybody when it comes to the department of Physical beauty.

She looked awful red, thats why she already went dark again, not a good choice for her. She also looks like she is very very thin here.
