Marchesa, Organza, Ruffles and Daydreams!

stable is so far out of reach for most of us that their dresses
fall into the realm of a daydream. But what dreams they are! Like
this unbelievably gorgeous Marchesa gown in plum silk organza with
all over organza detail. It is strapless with ruffled detail at the
neckline and is, as you can see, full skirted with a pleated hem.
Marchesa is the creation of Georgina Chapman and Keren Craig.
Their company is named after a famous 20' fashion and society
icon and their unique designs often have a bit of a feel of that
period.
I love the Bergdorf website! It is like a vision of fashion heaven
for those of us still here on fashion earth. If I thought that I
would be given this gown to wear when I got to heaven, I would go
to church more often!
