How to look great with less money

I have been unemployed for a while and have been pinching my pennies. I love love love!!! clothes and fashion. It is kind of an addiction for me. Sick I even go to the stores and look around really wanted to purchase that cute bag, shirt, shoes and what have you. I don't have to luxury to buy any new cute clothes so does anyone have a suggestion other then the no brainer of finding a job.
