Each year, there are several It costumes from which to choose. Last year it was Sarah Palin, the year before that it was Amy Winehouse, and 10 years ago, I seem to recall lots of Monica Lewinskys strutting their stuff. This year, if I had to wager, I'd say we'll be seeing several Kate Gosselins, Anna Wintours, Michael Jacksons, and Rihannas — just to name a few. Rock on with this fun costume choice. Create loads of tattoos with a black liner and set with powder. Some blue shadow, a fiery-red lipstick, and a hardcore attitude complete the tattoo artist's rocker-chic style. The chipped polish makes it even more authentic.
