I was going gaga over Blake Lively's (Serena's) vest in last night's episode of Gossip Girl, she looked so cool! From the pink tie-dye fringe vest, to the edgy fringe necklaces, I died! Turns out the vest is from a company called Chelsea Flower, but from the looks of it, it is nowhere to be found! Tear!
