Back in February, the Bank of England asked their female employees to wear more lipstick, (and high heels) to work - a request that in this day and age, I find hard to believe they can get away with. However, it begs the question whether or not women regularly wear a lot, a little or no makeup at all to the office.
I don't wear much very makeup during the day (which people oftentimes find surprising given my job arena), but when it's time for a meeting or a professional event, I absolutely apply enough to make me look polished and presentable. How about you; what's your makeup regime for work and do you think that what the Bank of England has asked is acceptable or infuriating?- Let’s talk: Comment (2) | Blog
