  A cautionary tale for sure... J-Lo was the only one who I wasn't sure about. I didn't see that big of a difference between the pictures.

  I agree with tinypantswood...I can not see much of a difference with Tori, and any supposed difference could be attributed to angle and lighting.

  Joanna Douglas, you filthy hypocrite, why the hell don't you have your friend Kim (fake)Kardashian on here when there are PLENTY of pics of her that prove it and she has done more surgeries than most people on you put? Or let me guess... you *like* her (that way), you are on her payroll, you are one of the many people that are biased when it comes to her. Well guys, head on over to plasticsergeant yes dot com and click celebrities and click Kim Kardashian at the side. You will see her butt implants has the most comments BY FAR! And to think you put a pic of J Lo where the transformation is not obvious and not the pics of Kim showing BIG differences! What will all of you do when all her lies comes out?

  If I had the few extra $$$ I would have some work done too. You b---- if they look like crap, you b---- when they try to fix things- pure hypocrites. I would not trade my anonimous life with any of these poor b------ s that have to apologize for whatever they do. If you don't like it, don't look at it.

  It's their money, their bodies and their confidence. If they want to have work done, so be that.

  I'd also do it. Maybe I will one day. Even though I don't mind my flat chest that much, it would be nice to have real boobs.

  Anne Heche doesn't look half bad in the ''after'' in my opinion.

  All right, so what? Lindsey has been under scrutiny enough. Let's just leave the girl alone. The media must WANT her to fail and to be ths poster girl for bad behavior. Let her live her life! She's beautiful and I hope good things for her, so let the girl puff out her lips! I would have all kinds of plastic surgery if I had the money!

  Lindsey is innocent till proven guilty with those lips,there are lip liners that plump them up, but yes, I judge anyone who gets plastic surgery to enhance their looks if something is not broken, and I don't consider someone pretty or perfect if they do get it, because if some girl has fake boobs which gives her the total package" it is NOT her package, she bought something that is not natural and therefore I cannot judge her to be pretty because we could all get plastic surgery, it doesn't even count so I look down upon it, but I don't care.
