    does sun block 50, really work? i've heard anything over 15 spf isn't doing the job. please advise.

    believe it or not. . . you will see dramatic results with. . . are you ready????preporation "H" yes I know it isnt glamorous but it DOES shrink the swelling and I mean NOTICABLY!!!!THE ONLY DOWN SIDE IS THE SCENT,IT CONTAINS SOME TYPE OF FISH OIL...MAYBE SHARK OIL OR COD, NOT REALLY SURE JUST DONT APPLY HEAVILY
