My name is Shannon, I am a small business owner/entrepreneur running online retail websites for now almost 14 years. I have three beautiful children, two girls of my own and a step daughter that is amazing. All three are hitting those teen years - thank God for my buisness as it gives me the flexibility to run them all over the place with their activities. My oldest daughter is a Cheerleeder in high school which requires constant running around, my youngest plays soccer which is also a constant travel - I never thought I would be a "taxi mom" but now I love it and have no problem being called the taxi mom!
I have an amazing husband whom helps me with everything! He does laundry, cleans, cooks and helps run the girls all over the place without a single gripe and offers to do it all. Who could ask for more? When it comes to us we make sure we have a date night once a week and now being my second marriage, he always is sure to let me know how important I am as a wife and a woman, not just a mother. He is amazing and I adore and love him dearly and thank God that I was blessed with him.
Some people ask me if I could turn back time and change it and make him the first husband I had, well I don't think I would change anything. I have a great ex-husband too, we shared great years together with our girls, we just lost touch of eachother outside of being parents and careers. I wouldn't change anything because of what I have learned and become as a woman. I am thankful for my past, God has a reason for everything and my path was written and I am greatful for everyday I GET!
