The secret: Pumpkin Seeds
Toast pumpkin seeds in a small skillet over medium low heat until they're lightly brown and aromatic. Add brown sugar, a big pinch of salt, and stir this concoction until the sugar caramelizes. Remove from heat and add to cooked Brussel sprouts for a sweet, crunchy take on the little cabbage bombs.
