Overview
A friend or family member is doing quite well right now, and while you're awfully proud of them, you might also be the teensiest bit jealous. Don't feel guilty about it -- it's totally normal. But if you start to feel like you're getting left behind while they rush ahead, it would be a good thing just to have a small talk with them. Give them the chance to explain that they really haven't changed. The conversation will make you feel better and it will make them feel better, too.
