How are you feeling? What's going on in your head? Get it off your chest at the start of the week. At the very least, put it all in an email to a good friend and send it off. It will feel so great to know there is someone else in the world who knows what's really going on. If you find yourself having trouble getting revved up by the middle of this week, well, that's to be expected. No amount of coffee is going to fix that. You need your spiritual batteries recharged and you're storing up your energy for sunnier days. Sunnier days are on their way. The weekend will be particularly bright.
