Not only do you need to still contend with the potency of last night's Jupiter shift forward (primarily very favorable and opportunistic), but now the universe serves up a curve ball in the form of a Pluto shift from reverse to direct at 29 degrees of Sagittarius (8:13PM PDT). Although modern computing formulas give us an exact time, the Plutonic forces are active all of today and for the next few days. [Pluto remains direct until April 4, 2009 when it will next go retrograde at 4 degrees of Capricorn.] All Pluto themes -- death and rebirth, regeneration and metamorphosis, the underworld and collective unconscious, repressed emotions and feelings, world terrorism and the dark night of the soul experience, secrets and mysteries, willpower and extremes, catharsis and purging, terrorism and nuclear-atomic energy, bankruptcy and government by the wealthy -- are accentuated. With Pluto motionless, it is wise to be careful, cautious and conservative across the board. Magnifying this suggestion is the fact that the Moon makes its monthly union with Pluto in Sagittarius (9:44AM PDT) -- an intensive alignment that begins a void time-period which lasts until 12:46PM PDT and the Moon entering earthy Capricorn. During the void lunar sequence, Mercury unites with Mars in Libra (10:46AM PDT). This is yet another warning to stay on target in your sharings and movements -- without drawing criticism and unwarranted attention to yourself. The main positive alignment of the day clocks in at 4:18PM PDT when Jupiter in Capricorn makes a flowing trine to Saturn in Virgo. These two giants of the solar system already formed a harmonious trine back on January 21 and they will do so again on November 21.
